I made my first Mei Tai sling in 2010 when my son was about 9 months old his stretchy wrap just wasnt cutting the mustard and I wanted to continue wearing him as much as possible. I soon discovered that there was plenty of help available online showing you how to make your own and I was already pretty nifty with a sewing machine so I thought I'd give it a go. That week I made 3! I soon became an enabler making slings for everyone I knew who was having a baby. Through word of mouth over the last few years I have made dozens and dozens of carriers. If you would like me to make one for you please contact me via email or my facebook page

"I love my Cherry Berry Baby slings, I bought my first one when my daughter was 4 months old and it has been used daily since and my daughter has just turned 2! I had a 15 month age gap between my babies and I never bothered with a double buggy as I love my slings so much (I have 3!) They are easy to use and comfortable and the customer service second to none" -- Katie - Cardiac Nurse, Coventry

"I love these carriers so much! When I got my 35b toddler into a back carry using our new pre-schooler sized full buckle he cried when I told him it was time to get down!
He loves being carried as much as I love carrying him and being able to get a custom carrier with something that’s more my taste than the generic ones around is fantastic. Helen is so in tune with what works on a carrier and she’s so helpful, everyone comments on how well made they are and how unique they look. We now have 2 Cherry Berry Baby carriers and I’m sure if I have more children I’ll be running straight back!" -- Kerry, Leciester
